Fish your own dinner

You start the day on an authentic fishing boat and hunt for fish in the Lofoten sea. Once aboard the fishing boat you will be introduced to the fishing tools and equipment featured on board. There will be guides on board assisting you while fishing and show you how to handle the fish on the deck. After the fishing trip you can go to the hotels’ own fish guttery where a fish farmer will explain and teach you how to fillet your own catch. You then deliver your fish fillets to the chefs in the hotel restaurant and in the evening your catch will be served as a part of a delicious 3-course dinner with local ingredients.
