AFTER SEA
After the fishing trip we can arrange «After Sea» on the outdoor terrace at Thon Hotel Svolvær. We will grill and serve delicious fish food together with drinks, and you can try the old tradition of tongue cutting. The tongue cutting is a tradition that dates back more generations than anyone can remember. Cod tongues are considered a seasonal delicacy both at home tables and in restaurants around Norway.
